BStrong, Carrie On Fitness Bites were created in Honor of Carrie Bacon - local personal trainer, former WNBA player, breast cancer survivor, and a community inspiration.  Her dedication goes beyond her own recovery and fitness journey - she's passionate about guiding her clients to live healthier and reach their goals.  

Carrie and I teamed up to create something special for her clients: a meal replacement that is not only nutritious but also tasty and satisfying.  These bites are the perfect on the go fuel - toss them in your gym bag, backpack, or purse for lasting nourishment after a workout, a hike, bike ride, or even a busy day at the office.  Packed with protein and hearty ingredients, they will keep you satisfied and "Carrie" you through to the next meal.

Crunchy - The same delicious ingredients as the truffle bites, rolled in crushed peanuts for a satisfying crunch

BStrong, Carrie On - 2 Large Bites (approx 20g ea) - perfect for refueling or meal replacement 

Small Carrie On - 10 bite size bites (approx 20g total) - perfect snack for a plane ride, the movies, a road trip - when you're getting the snack vibes but don't want to blow up your macros, these have the same nutritional benefits as the larger bites
